Our family ordered Hawaiian Shaved Ice (to-go) and it was DELICIOUS! We went at night and brought them home 5 minutes away, and they weren't too melted but I think next time we'll enjoy them during the day and be eating there or taking to the park. One is enough to share between family members, close friends, or as a casual, fun date. You just have to agree on the flavors (3) and toppings (2 boba/mochi/jelly, plus the ice cream and condensed milk are included). Great pricing too--for 3 of us it was $20 total!

Best service. The food was yummy — some of my BBQ pieces had slightly more fat than I prefer, but overall good (and chicken katsu was nice and crispy). Mac was tasty, too. I prefer Ono’s mac (I find it’s slightly more flavorful) but this was still enjoyable. What will keep me going back though is the SERVICE. I put a request into my order to change a rice scoop to be salad instead (which isn’t an option — you can get steamed veggies swapped, but not salad). I’m a nursing mother and my son gets very gassy with broccoli, but I still wanted extra nutrients. I was shocked they put in a beautiful salad for me at no additional charge. That’s not just good service, that’s good people.

First time here as someone who doesn't usually want Hawaiian BBQ and I absolutely HATE this shopping center andhow congested and crazy parking is but Here goes.. Luau Grill in Bakersfield offers a delightful taste of the islands, and their Very Tasty Hawaiian BBQ plate is a prime example of why they're my new local favorite. This is a generously portioned meal and truly delivers the flavor and the portion size requirements for a meal above $20 yet this meal is sub $17. The combination of BBQ chicken, flavorful beef, and tender short ribs is a meat lover's dream, each cooked to perfection in some kind of Hawaiian BBQ marinade.(my guess) The meats are consistently juicy and packed in the container.This protein powerhouse about 38g with ample servings of fluffy white rice, steamed cabbage, and classic macaroni salad. It's a truly satisfying plate. Beyond the BBQ, a must-try is the rangoon. These crispy, golden parcels arrive piping hot, after being freshly prepared to order. The filling is a creamy, and the crispy wonton wrapper provides a satisfying crunch with every bite. The temperature of the crab rangoon is a small detail that often gets overlooked, but Luau Grill served them

Right away you can see they take their food serious. The chefs on the line were moving fast and serving up food quickly to the customers in the lobby. The food was absolutely fantastic! I had the BBQ chicken and beef platter. The flavors were exceptional and it was hard to slow down once you start eating. Add the complimentary teriyaki sauce and WOW! The amount of food for the cost was very affordable. Enough food on the platter for two meals. My son spent 4 months in Hawaii eating such food and said it was very authentic. A must try for tasty, fresh food!
